Annual Plan $199 + tax

Covers: 1 piece of equipment

Choose one: Furnace, Boiler, Condenser, Heat Pump, Single-Zone Mini Split System

Mini Split Note: Additional wall-hung units or cassettes are $100 each after the $199 price.

  • Service/Diagnostic call fees waived (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
  • 10% discounted preferred customer pricing on service, 5% discounted preferred customer pricing on installations
  • Includes 1 seasonal maintenance visit (choose: 1 heating OR 1 air conditioning)
  • Priority service with no overtime fees
  • All components/parts needing repair or replacement will be quoted at an additional cost (including flooding/act of God)
  • Replacement media filters are to be provided by the customer (filters billed if not provided)
